I cannot say enough positive things about working with Jason. When he came to our home to quote painting our kitchen cabinets, he was very thorough in the explanation of his process. As a retired painter's daughter, he outlined exactly what I expected from whoever we hired. I even appreciated the detail in his contract. His pricing was competitive with the other quotes we got.
Now to the job! Jason did amazing work! He kept the workspace all taped off and protected from the rest of the house. He took great pride in his work and kept us updated all along the way. We love the final product! The cabinets are beautiful and the finish is awesome!!

Jason at Straight Edge Painting did a wonderful job painting the inside of our house. We have a unique house that had a few special issues, which Jason handled perfectly. He was on time every day and finished exactly when he said he would. He has great attention to detail and really cares to do a good job. In addition he is very easy to work with and as much as possible tries to minimize the disruption inherent in having entire rooms painted. We hope to have him back soon to do another room in our house.

I'm so happy that we contacted Straight Edge Painting! From the first contact to the quote to the painting, the entire process was easy. Jason was very good at communicating with us on what we wanted done, and he was very prompt and efficient at his work. He painted our entire first floor including our living room, kitchen, dining room, entry way, hallway and bathroom. In addition, he painted our stairwell and hallway on the second floor. He and Austin were quick and efficient in painting the walls and trim. Jason even came back on a Saturday morning to finish up a few areas. Jason moved the furniture and put it back in place. He took great care in his work. and it showed. We are going to have him back to paint the rest of the house soon. We highly recommend Straight Edge Painting!

Jason is a complete professional and great exterior painter. He painted some window shutters and ended up also doing some door frames and my front door. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was the best priced and went above and beyond in his work. I am contemplating using him for a new home we are contemplating purchasing that needs kitchen cabinets and a deck painted.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about this company. Jason and his assistant Austin did a fantastic job painting seven rooms of my house. The original paint in my living room was dark and difficult to cover, but it came out perfect and a creamy white. The work space was left clean each night. Jason was patient and informative about color choices. He made sure I was truly happy with the finished product. Even fixed some trim work that my dog had eaten.

Just finished a 3 day painting project with Jason and his team. Outdoor project was excellent. On time, HIGH quality, and excellent communication before and during the project. Plan to use Jason and his team again. Highly recommend Straightedge painting. We have 2 or 3 more painting projects in the next year.
Jason is on our GO TO list of reliable high quality contractors. It's frequently hard to find good contractors. We had 4 painting quotes. Two contractors were total flakes. Jason was the best.

Jason did an amazing job painting the inside of our garage (which was previously a dark dingy mess) and a former kid's room (which was dark blue and bright orange) and made both a beautiful and calming white. Jason was amazing to work with and like the other reviews say, his quotes were very fairly priced, even $4-5 thousand less than some other companies.

We put our project on a tight timeline and even though the crew were rushed, they did an amazing job. Things to mention are little spots to touch and a bit of debris at certain places in the house I needed to clean up. Jason went through and touched up painting spots at the final walk-through. I feel they completely deserve 5 starts because I'm sure it was difficult to meet our timeline considering the scope of the project, and they worked without much guidance since we were mostly unavailable.

Both my mother in law and niece said the crew were polite and friendly whenever they interacted while my husband and I were out of town. I've posted pictures of the master bedroom and bathroom but they also painted several other rooms including a two story hallway flawlessly.

Definitely will recommend to friends.

We hired Straight Edge Painting to help prepare our home for sale. The owner, Jason, efficiently patched holes in the sheet rock, removed a stubborn wallpaper border and painted high-traffic areas and trim. He even completely covered rooms previously painted purple, green and dark blue in a light, fresh color (as recommended by our real estate agent). Jason was reliable, professional, personable and REASONABLY priced! I cannot recommend his business more highly!

By fair the most honest and friendly company out there. I messaged multiple companies to get an estimate about painting my entire outside house and Jason was the first one to reply within an hour and come out on the same day (it was a Saturday). Jason explained everything in detail that he said he would do. We did get multiple estimates that were cheaper but decided to go with Jason based on his knowledge and explanation of everything he would do. He was patient with us as we were unsure of the color we wanted. We gave him the colors and got scheduled. He showed up on a Monday at 8am and got right to work. Unlike most companies that rush through jobs he took his time and spent 4 days making sure everything was evenly coated and perfect. If you are looking for a painter who is friendly, explains everything, will show you while working what he does and you want a straight edge house this company is your go to.
